All the dishes were colorful and delicious. The second appetizer in particular was as gorgeous as a mimosa, and the pistachio pasta was surprisingly delicious! “ I visited AMBIGRAM, an Italian restaurant in Hiroo that I'd been interested in for a while, for the first time during a girls' get-together with a long-time friend. This time, we ordered two antipasti, two pastas, one main dish, and dessert. The two antipasti were perfect for early summer, and both were packed with seasonal vegetables! The beef tartare was delicious, with sweet and sour beetroot marinated peppers, a perfect match with the meat. The two pastas were refreshing: the cold one with basil, scallops, and cherry tomatoes, and the hot one with octopus and tomato ragout topped with lemon breadcrumbs! For the main course, we had Japanese Black Beef Tagliata. The meat was so tender I was blown away! I devoured it in two sauces! The recommended wines were also perfectly matched with the dishes we ordered, and they explained clearly why they paired so well, making it a joyous experience! I loved the peach-flavored wine. For dessert, I had checked out the adult chocolate banana. It was the first time I'd ever seen such a stylish chocolate banana! Caramelized banana, ice cream, and rich chocolate! The rum was also incredibly delicious! Thanks to the delicious food and the warm hospitality of the staff, my conversation with my friend flowed and I felt happy from start to finish.
